Dr. Magara is a cherished voice on leadership in Uganda and beyond through raising, developing, mentoring and equipping leaders. His passion to see Africa’s immense human capital put to use is evident in his well-researched and provocative book, Positioning Africa for the 21st Century: The Pivotal Role of Leadership and Think Tanks. Besides running a successful dental practice, he serves as the International Deputy Director General of the Institute for National Transformation. He is currently the Chairman, Board of Directors, Uganda Heart Institute, and Chairman of the Think Tank, Centre for Advanced Strategic Leadership (CASTLE)
