Gloria Atwine Katuuku is Director of Planning, Research, and Development at NITA-U, where she helps shape Uganda’s national ICT agenda and guides digital policy support for government MDAs.

She also serves as Vice Chair of ICANN’s Governmental Advisory Committee, contributing to global digital governance and internet policy coordination.
