An experienced leader with over 15 years in corporate
governance, Mrs. Priscilla Mirembe Serukka is passionate
about driving best practices in board development.

As an Agricultural Economist, Administrator, and
Governance Consultant, she has overseen an
international NGO operating in five Eastern African
countries.

She holds a Commonwealth Certificate in Corporate
Governance and Board Chairmanship and is a member
of the Institute of Corporate Governance Uganda.
