Wilbrod is the Executive Director of the Uganda Bankers Association, with over 25 years of working experience across banking, manufacturing, trade, consulting, advisory services, and the development sector. He has risen through the banking sector to Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer level.

He brings strong experience in financial management, business development, skills development, and banking products and services. Wilbrod also serves on several boards across FMCG, deposit insurance, investment advisory, and financial services training.
