Seasoned digital transformation & ICT leader with over 25 years of experience across East Africa. As ED IT at Bank of Uganda, Collin leads digital transformation with a focus on inclusive financial services, emerging technologies, AI, real-time data, and SupTech implementation.

He has played a key role in major national digitalization initiatives, including Uganda’s Integrated Financial Management System & the transformation of NSSF into a highly digitalized institution. His experience also spans Oracle and NITA, where he supported cloud, e-government, & Digital Public Infrastructure initiatives.
