Dr. Shamim is an Organisational Anthropologist and specialist in corporate culture, leadership, and behavioural insights. With over a decade of experience across development finance, healthcare, higher education, and corporate advisory, she supports institutions navigating reform, transition, governance, and growth.

Her work explores how leadership behaviour, informal norms, and institutional culture influence execution and performance at scale. She is the author of Lean Strategies for Managers, host of The Imposter CEO Podcast, and Director of Co-operative Education and Experiential Learning at Victoria University.
