Joan is a transformational master coach with over 3,000 coaching hours and 385 hours of coach training, focused on employment transition, leadership development, and organisational coaching culture. She is the first Master Certified Coach in Uganda and one of only three in East Africa, with the MCC credential held by a small percentage of coaches globally.

She has coached executives and mid-level managers across banking, financial services, NGOs, academia, private sector, and government parastatals. Joan is also a coach trainer, supervisor, mentor, and Founding President of the International Coaching Federation Uganda Charter Chapter.
