Aggrey is a seasoned technology, cybersecurity, & digital transformation executive with over 25 years of experience, including more than 20 years in banking and financial services. He is currently Head Information Security / Chief Information Security Officer at Housing Finance Bank, Uganda.

He leads cybersecurity strategy, cyber resilience, information security governance, & data protection. Aggrey has also led major technology and digital transformation initiatives focused on business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and secure digital innovation.
